Frizzy Hair
Issue: Humidity in summer can cause frizz and flyaways.
Norwex Solutions:
Trim your hair regularly in the summer to prevent split ends from more extensive damage
Sleeping on the Norwex Microfiber Pillowcases cuts down on the friction between your hair and pillowcase, creating less frizz. (Bonus: it reduces the pull on your skin as well, causing less wrinkles!
Use a few drops of the Illuminating Oil on hair to help tame the frizz.
Use the Norwex Hair Turban to gently dry your hair without heat, helping to retain moisture and prevent damage.
Use the Deep Hydrating Mask Once a Week to deeply hydrate hair.
Use the Protectant Spray to protect from UV rays, Polution, and Heat
Greasy Scalp
Issue: Increased sweating during summer can lead to a greasy scalp.
Solutions:
Use the Norwex Body Cloth to gently clean your scalp and remove excess oil.
Make sure to use a Shampoo that is not stripping all moisture from your scalp
Do not use Aerosol products on your hair. These can cause drying of the scalp, which promotes your scalp to produce more oil to protect itself.
Only apply conditioner from the nape of the neck down. Pretend you are putting a pony tail in your hair with your conditioner, only applying to anything beyond that "ponytail point"
Use a good non-Aerosol Dry Shampoo in between washes. I love the new Norwex Dry Shampoo!
Chlorine Damage/Sun Damage
Issue: Swimming in pools can leave your hair damaged and dry from chlorine.
Solutions:
Apply the Norwex Hair Mask to your hair about an hour before swimming to give it an extra layer of protection.
Wear a hat to protect your hair from the sun.
Use the Norwex Heat Protectant Spray to protect from the sun's UV rays
Rinse your hair immediately after swimming to remove chlorine and prevent further damage.
Use Color-Safe Shampoo and Conditioner to reduce color fading
Dull Hair/Itchy Scalp
Issue: Sun and environmental factors can make hair look dull and lifeless.
Solutions:
Use the Norwex Body Scrub Mitt to gently exfoliate your scalp, promoting healthy hair growth and shine.
Shampoo, rinse, repeat to remove build up.
